These terms cover using this website. They are not your service agreement — the terms for the work itself, including price, scheduling and cancellation, are in the quote you accept before we start.
What this site is
This site describes our hood and exhaust cleaning service and lets you ask us for a quote. Nothing on it is an offer, a fixed price, or a commitment to take on work. A price becomes real when we send you a written quote and you accept it.
Using the booking form
Please give us accurate details — we schedule crews and overnight visits based on what you tell us, and a wrong address or phone number costs a wasted trip. Submitting the form starts a conversation; it does not book a visit. We will confirm before anything is scheduled.
Fair use
Don't use the form to send unsolicited advertising, malicious content, or automated submissions. We rate-limit submissions and may decline to respond to anything that looks abusive.
Our content
The text, images, and design on this site are ours. Please don't republish them as your own. Referring to us, linking to us, or quoting us fairly is fine.
Accuracy
We keep this site current, including the compliance guidance, but the frequencies and requirements described here are general. What applies to your kitchen depends on your equipment, your cooking volume, and your local fire authority. Ask us and we will tell you what we think applies to you.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. We are not liable for losses arising from relying on general information here rather than on advice we have given you about your own kitchen, or on the agreement covering your service.
