What the booking form collects

When you submit the booking form we store what you type, so we can respond to you and schedule the work:

• Business name — required.
• Your name and your role at the business — optional.
• Email address — required, so we can confirm and reply.
• Phone number — required, so we can reach you about access and timing.
• Service address — optional.
• Anything you write in the notes field — it is free text, so please don't put anything there you would not want us to keep.
• When you would like the work done, and which service you are asking about.

The one thing we record automatically

When a booking is submitted we record the sending IP address, and nothing else, purely to stop the form being abused by automated submissions. It is deleted automatically after 7 days — the cleanup runs on every submission rather than on a schedule, so nothing lingers. We do not store your browser or device details alongside it, and we do not use it to identify or profile you.

What we don't do

Stated plainly, because it is unusual enough to be worth saying:

• No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no product analytics, and no measurement script of any kind on this site.
• No tracking pixels, and no advertising or social media trackers.
• No cookies are set when you browse this site. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no cookie banner.
• No third-party scripts, fonts, or images load in your browser. Our typefaces are served from our own domain, so browsing this site sends nothing to a font provider.
• We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Who processes information for us

Running the site and replying to you means a small number of suppliers handle information on our behalf. Each is bound to use it only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel — hosts the website and serves these pages.
• Supabase — the database where your booking enquiry is stored.
• Resend — sends your confirmation email and notifies our office that your enquiry arrived.

How long we keep things

The IP address recorded against a booking submission is deleted after 7 days. Your enquiry itself is kept for as long as we may reasonably need it to serve you or to keep records of work we have quoted or carried out. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are required to retain it.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it — email us and we will deal with it. If you are an existing customer, you can ask us to stop sending job reminder emails at any time without affecting your service.

Children

This is a service for commercial kitchens. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information — including if we ever add analytics — we will update this page before the change goes live, and change the date at the top.
